The story of Top Concrete Products Factory began in 1977 as a vital division of the Dhaid Trading and Contracting Establishment. At the time, the UAE’s construction industry was growing rapidly, but reliable, high-quality building materials were scarce.
We faced a critical challenge: market products often suffered from low quality and inconsistent delivery. To protect the integrity of Dhaid Trading’s projects, our Chairman made a visionary decision—to manufacture our own bricks, blocks, and interlocks to ensure they met the highest standards of strength and durability.
